DR. Chonway D Tram, DDS
Dr. Chonway (aka John-Wayne) Tram was born and raised in Southern California. After receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, he continued his studies in a General Practice Residency at St. Barnabas Hospital. While there he was awarded merits for excellence in oral surgery and as the most productive resident. After residency Dr. Tram returned to his SoCal roots and practiced for a number of years in Newport Beach. Eventually the ocean air grew thin as Dr. Tram longed to return home to the Inland Empire. Not soon after, Kaio Dental was born.
Aside from being an active member of some amazing dental organizations (ADA, CDA, TDCS and ICOI), Dr. Tram is also a former assistant professor at Western University School of Dental Medicine, and lectures to other dentists on dental implantology, CAD/CAM and 3D printing.
